GVIT™ Live Fish Transport Tanks

Glassfiber Versatile Intelligent Tank. Metal tanks heat up, rust and let the load slosh. GVIT™ is a foam-core GFRP sandwich (smooth rust-free inner tank, min. 50 mm foam insulation, weatherproof UV-safe outer shell) with oxygen cylinder support, a 150 mm quick-discharge outlet and a large anti-spill hatch.
GVIT-1300: 1 compartment, 1190 × 1190 × 1360 mm, ≈ 85 kg empty.
GVIT-2000: 2 compartments with anti-slosh baffle, 2270 × 1550 × 1320 mm, ≈ 300 kg empty.
Options: oxygen cylinder and diffuser, MariSense™ monitor, custom tanks for hatcheries. 1-year warranty.

How MariSense™ Works on Fish Farms and Ponds

MariSense™ turns a fish pond into a connected, data-driven farm, in five steps:
1. Smart sensing at the farm: a Wi-Fi sensor node in the pond continuously measures ammonia, pH and water temperature, with more parameters optional.
2. Cloud platform: readings are sent in real time to a secure cloud database.
3. AI engine: analytics and predictive models detect anomalies, track trends, raise alerts and give recommendations to the farmer.
4. Digital twin: a virtual replica of the farm for simulation, what-if analysis and proactive decisions.
5. MariSense™ dashboard (web and mobile): water quality, alerts such as low dissolved oxygen, and AI insights, all on the farmer's phone.
The result: problems are caught early, fewer fish are lost, and feeding and aeration decisions are based on data.

MariSense™ Smart Aquaculture Platform

MariSense™ is our AI-enabled IoT platform for aquaculture: smart sensors, cloud, AI analytics, a digital twin and a web/mobile dashboard monitor dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature and ammonia in real time and alert farmers before problems cost them fish.
Applications: fish farms and ponds (floating unit), hatcheries, and live-fish transport with GVIT™ or any tank, adding live GPS tracking.

In Development

Electric tourism catamaran: an electric FRP catamaran for lake, river and coastal tourism operators, designed for stability, passenger comfort, deck space and quiet, zero-emission cruising with low running costs. Hull designed in-house and built in our Kharagpur composite workshop. A scale model has been built, and the full-size hull pattern and moulds are being fabricated.

e-OBM electric outboard (MVP): a quiet, zero-emission outboard motor for small fishing, tourism and inland-waterway boats. We are looking for operators to help field-test it.
