PRIYANKA KUMARI, Director

Priyanka Kumari is a dynamic leader and co-founder with a multidisciplinary academic background and diverse professional experience. She holds a BSc (2007), MSc (2009), and PhD (2014) in Zoology from VKSU, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) from NOU (2010), and an MBA in Human Resources from SMU (2013).

With over five years of professional experience, Priyanka has worked across sectors including banking at HDFC Bank in Arrah, human resource firm in Patna and education at Renaissance International School and Kharagpur Vision Academy in Kharagpur. Her broad expertise spans management, finance, and human resources, contributing to her strategic and operational leadership within the company.

Priyanka’s leadership is characterised by her ability to integrate her scientific knowledge with her expertise in human resources and finance. Her holistic approach to problem-solving and her dedication to fostering a collaborative work environment have been instrumental in company’s growth and success. As a Director, she continues to inspire and lead with a vision that combines academic excellence, professional experience, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact.

KSHITIJ SHRIVASTAVA, CEO

Kshitij Shrivastava is the Chief Executive Officer, bringing advanced expertise in marine structural dynamics, experimental modal testing, finite element analysis, and machine learning. He holds a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from RTMNU (2013), an M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from VNIT (2016), and completed his PhD at IIT Kharagpur in 2024.

Kshitij's career has been marked by his technical acumen and leadership abilities. He has extensive experience in sensor design and the fabrication of high-velocity projectile measurement systems, showcasing his deep understanding of advanced mechanical systems. His expertise also extends to quality assurance, having worked on implementing Lean and Six Sigma techniques, and he is an ISO Lead Auditor, reinforcing his commitment to excellence and precision in engineering processes.

As CEO, Kshitij oversees the administration and management of the company, ensuring all operations align with the highest standards of quality and innovation. His leadership combines technical mastery and strategic insight, guiding the company toward sustainable growth and technological advancement supported by cutting-edge research and rigorous quality standards.

PRABHAKAR AKURATI, CTO

Prabhakar Akurati is the Chief Technology Officer, specializing in marine and ocean engineering with a strong foundation in advanced experimental and computational techniques. He holds a B.E. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Andhra University (2014) and an M.Tech. in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from IIT Kharagpur (2016). Prabhakar is currently pursuing his PhD as a research scholar in the Department of Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture at IIT Kharagpur.

His work encompasses a range of innovative projects, including the study of cavitation bubble dynamics near tailored surfaces using high-speed camera techniques—a critical area for improving marine system efficiency and durability. He has contributed to welding distortion mitigation through thermo-mechanical treatments and heat sink methods, and has significant experience in 3D modeling and 3D printing for marine applications. Prabhakar has also investigated acoustic emissions from propellers with tailored surfaces and developed hydrophobic and hydrophilic surfaces to enhance marine component performance.

With expertise spanning experimental hydrodynamics, advanced materials, and digital fabrication, Prabhakar drives the company’s technology strategy, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge research and practical solutions in marine engineering.
